The question behind it
Detailing is a trade that needs explaining. What is the difference between polishing and a ceramic coating? What is Paint Protection Film for? Can a treatment be applied to a motorcycle or a camper? Fair questions, all of them — and the same ones every week.
They rarely arrive at a convenient moment either: in the evening, at the weekend, or while someone is working on a car in the workshop. A visitor who gets no answer right then simply looks at the next company.
What we built
An AI assistant that lives on the RSTB website and knows their own range: which treatments exist, what they are for, and which vehicles they suit.
It opens as a panel over the site, so visitors never lose their place. It answers in Dutch and in the same tone as the rest of the site, and after every answer it offers the logical next steps — from a luxury wash to Paint Protection Film.
